We have 2 full time dentists and 4 part time hygienists, all of whom regularly attend courses in order to keep themselves up to date in the ever changing world of dental care.

Our dental practitioners have years of experience between them, and are happy to advise you wherever possible.

Dr Jane Ali - Dentist

Jane qualified from Sheffield University in 1995. She joined Bristol Dental Practice in 1998 after a spell in dentistry in Australia. Her dental interests centre on cosmetic and preventive dentistry.

Jane holds further qualifications with the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (1998) and the University of Bristol (2011).

Jane's interests away from the workplace include music, sport, cookery and bridge. She plays the flute with a community wind band and is currently training for the Bristol Half Marathon.

 

Dr Paul Reynolds - Dentist

Paul qualified at Manchester University in December 1980. He started work in Leicester at his father's practice, before moving to Gloucester in 1984.

Further post-graduate qualifications were achieved, the DPDS from Bristol University in 1994 and the MFGDP (UK) from the Royal College of Surgeons in 1997.

After many happy years in Gloucester the urge to see more of the world could not be put off. This lead to a round the world trip which included working in New South Wales, Australia for 2 years. On returning to the UK in 2001, Paul joined Bristol Dental Practice.

Paul has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and the reconstruction of worn and damaged teeth. He has a love of sailing and is a member of Chew Valley Lake Sailing Club. Paul completed the Olympic distance London Triathlon in 2010, and enjoys rock climbing and skiing.
